ResponderEliminarYour blog has been really useful for me. I am oing to star with this topic on december, so I will use those activities. The head, shoulders, knees and toes song is fantastic. Children can make exercise and it helps in their attention and also they have fun because they love this song. The only thing I don´t like is that they are not able to distinguish knees and toes and they usually believe that the word toes is "andtoes", and also they usually thing that toes are feet and not toes. So if you are working with this song, I advice you to fall upon toes and feet.
I would like to recommend you to use your guess activity in a diferrent way. At the beginning, overcoat if they are little, you can touch some part of their body and they will have to look for the correct word, so they will learn first to differentiate each word.
Anyway, I love your work. I am going to use it so I will tell you if it does or doesn´t work.

Hello María, thank you very much for write me and of course for your opinion, I think is very interesting to know other experiences and this is the positive part af our work, to learn from the experiences and of course to share all the ideas because we have the best work and very human work. Normally I use his activity with the little ones in the school, I teach English in 3, 4 and 5 years old classes and we use this song since 4 years ago, and is the best song for them, they enjoy, dance, sing and after the years they remember the song.
EliminarIn this ages (Infantil), we use the English only in songs, games, pictures....in our English classes we don't use any letter, so is all by ear. I think is a good way to learn English because they are learning how to write and read in their own mother language. So is very interesting your recommendation, thank you very much, it's true the mistake can have the children about "andtoes", toes and feet.
